About Mason & Mortar

Mason & Mortar was founded by Scott Bradley with the goal to provide more quality homes for New Zealanders.

Scott had a property development company in the United Kingdom, returning high end residential properties to their former glory. His favourite was Late a 19th stucco fronted villa in Notting Hill, which was converted from a run down hotel to a glamorous home and featured on the cover of Elle Decor. Alongside his property projects, Scott founded Utilyx, an energy trading digital platform that was acquired by property management firm MITIE in 2011 for $50 million and continues to provide cost effective energy solutions to many UK Corporates.

Returning home to New Zealand to start a family, Scott founded Plexure a digital marketing platform that has grown from the dining room table into a company worth over $144 million today. Scott is an experienced entrepreneur with a proven history of building solid and long term businesses.  Skilled in business strategy, management and capital raising in both the public and private sectors.

Scott is currently involved and mentoring a number of early stage start ups, but founded Mason & Mortar to return to his earlier love of residential property development. "It is a privilege for me to be able to build a quality development that becomes a much loved home, and one that stands the test of time".

With an eye on quality Scott has partnered with the leading industry experts across the construction industry to bring Mason & Mortar's developments to the market. The first project is Corban Park, a development of 54 townhouses in Henderson. Click here for more information on this project.
